Yes. You can add medications, log doses, and receive already-scheduled reminders without a connection. iCloud sync, purchases, and caregiver updates need connectivity. Open the app regularly to refresh its reminder schedule.
Standard reminders respect Silent mode. Time-sensitive notifications can appear through some Focus settings when you allow them. Critical Alerts require a separate Apple entitlement and your permission; they are not available in this release.
Only the status updates you choose to share through an invitation: today’s progress, weekly adherence, and missed-dose updates. Medication names are optional. Your full medication database stays private. Updates can be delayed when devices are offline or inactive.
No. DoseBell records your prescribed schedule and your entries. It does not provide dosage advice or check interactions. Follow your prescriber’s instructions.
